The Flea Market is an annual event that raises money for a number of different charities in our community.

Throughout the year, we receive unwanted, gently-used and donated items from our neighbours and church congregation in preparation for the Flea Market at the end of April. This event provides an opportunity for church members and members of the community to work together in Christian fellowship (view video) while preparing for the Flea Market.

The organization, planning and execution of the Flea Market is overseen by the Flea Market Committee. The majority of the work including sorting, pricing and selling is done by hundreds of volunteers who work many hours in the week leading up to the event. The caretaking staff also provides significant support each year by hiring people to help with unpacking and cleaning up.

It takes a lot of work from volunteers to make the Flea Market a success each year and we are always looking for new volunteers during the week of the market.

It's a lot of fun for a great cause!

Contact one of the co-convenors, members of the Flea Market Committee or anyone who volunteers. Volunteers can also just drop buy the church anytime during the week of the Flea Market between 9AM and 8PM Monday to Thursday to help out. There are many different volunteer opportunities available in various departments. We would love to meet you!
